The city was under construction period so we couldn't walk around and see the city. We had lunch and dinner at Bistro Junior and Rigo restaurant and enjoyed our meals. The apartment we stayed was well taken care and cosy.In the center of the city and yet not noisy at all.Thiakaki - 6.0Scored 6.0

Buzău is a „work in progress”. Some beautiful buildings, but not a „touristic” city. The area has a lot of natural attractions (go to Pâclele Mari and Pâclele Mic to see the „mud volcanoes”). To eat: try first restaurant Moara Drăgaicelor, you won't look for another one.RaduRomania - 6.0Scored 6.0

The host was a very nice lady who offered to collect me from the train station. The flat is located at about 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre, also there is very good public transport nearby and taxi if you need. Also, it is close to grocery stores, a few retaurants, shops and there is a park not far from there. I was really pleased overall and I plan on keeping in touch with the host for my next trips in Buzau.

An empty broken fridge, dirty floors, broken shower drain, hair from previous guests everywhere and one socket to use in a corner. Was only able to close the door by locking it with the key. The taxi driver and people that work in shops around the hotel mentioned that this particular location is often used by ladies of the night. Not family suitable and definitely not a 3 star hotel. Very clean, lovely staff, all the facilities included, quiet, safety seemed to be very important for them as they had a gate that they were closing during the night and only people that had a card were able to open it. Also, It's such a good location as It's very close to the train station and it has a bar in the reception. Very satisfied, would highly recommend to anyone! Definitely a place to return to - either during summer in order to make the most of the pool they have, or for a few days of remote work in the middle of nature. Well done in creating such an oasis to escape from busy cities, we will be back soon!

The cabin was very clean and cozy and the views were spectacular (even on rainy and snowy weather). The cabin is easily accessible by small car (you do not require 4x4) and is located relatively close to a grocery store and pizza place (really good pizza). Make sure to bring some snacks for the cutest cat and friendliest dogs. :) We definitely recommend this place for a short getaway in nature.VictoritaRomania
